All Platinum, Gold, Silver and Premium exhibitor spaces are 10 feet wide x 8 feet deep and have the option to an electrical outlet and come with a 6-foot table, tablecloth, skirt, and two chairs. S8 – S11 are reserved for Platinum and Gold sponsors. S1 – S7 and S12 – S16 are Silver sponsors.
Premium exhibitors are P1 – P12 and have the same space dimensions and set up as the Platinum, Gold and Silver booths.
Regular exhibitors are R1 – R4, but are only 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep with the same set up as previously mentioned above.
Table top exhibitors are T1 – T3 and limited to displays no greater than 6 feet long.
Exhibitor setup is from 1-5 PM on Wednesday, September 9th. Please consider attending our icebreaker event that evening, which will be held from 5-7:30 PM.
Registration includes two drink tickets for the Wednesday Ice Breaker and Thursday Casino Night (two drink tickets, appetizers and $500 in casino chips).
No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 11.
