All Platinum, Gold, Silver and Premium exhibitor spaces are 10 feet wide x 8 feet deep and have the option to an electrical outlet and come with a 6-foot table, tablecloth, skirt, and two chairs. S8 – S11 are reserved for Platinum and Gold sponsors. S1 – S7 and S12 – S16 are Silver sponsors.
Premium exhibitors are P1 – P12 and have the same space dimensions and set up as the Platinum, Gold and Silver booths.
Regular exhibitors are R1 – R4, but are only 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep with the same set up as previously mentioned above.
Table top exhibitors are T1 – T3 and limited to displays no greater than 6 feet long.
No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 11.
Exhibitor setup is from 1–5 PM on Wednesday, September 9th. Please consider attending our icebreaker event that evening, which will be held from 5–7:30 PM.
