Registration for sponsors and exhibitors will be live on 4/22!
Exhibitor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with S8–S11 initially reserved for Platinum and Gold sponsors. S1-S7 and S12-S16 are reserved for Silver sponsors. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations after August 11th.

In addition to the perks listed above, sponsors at the Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels receive an exhibitor space (10 feet wide and 8 feet deep). Platinum sponsorships also include the option to give opening remarks at the plenary or other event.

Exhibitor Spaces
Exhibitor spaces come with one free symposium registration and an AHS membership, optional access to one electrical outlet, a 6 ft table, tablecloth, skirt, and two chairs.
