7th Annual AHS Casino Night and AHSF Benefit

Join us Thursday, September 10th, from 5:00 to 8:30PM for our popular Casino Night and AHS Foundation fundraiser  — fun-filled evening of table games. The raffle and auction occurs after Casino Night from 7:30 to 8:30. Examples of 2025 raffle prizes and auction items are shown on the Auction & Raffle page.

Who can attend? 

This event is perfect for experts and novices alike. Professionals will teach you everything you need to know about the games and ensure that everyone has a great experience. Attendees must be at least 21.

Is Casino Night included with my symposium registration?

Yes — if you have registered for the full symposium (both days). It is NOT included for single-day, student, or extra daily exhibitor registrations, but you can purchase tickets separately.

How does it work? 

When you check in for Casino Night, you’ll get a voucher for $2,000 in “chips,” two drink tickets, and hors d’oeuvres. You can cash chips in, any time, for raffle tickets (each $500 yields one raffle ticket).

If I go bust at the Tables can I buy back in?

Yes, you can buy back in one time and get $2,000 in chips for $20. You can purchase your extra chips on-line and pick up your voucher at the Casino check-in table.

Raffle & Auction

At about 7:30 PM, we’ll start the raffle drawing and auction. All ticket sales will benefit the AHS Foundation. Donations are used to help support the annual educational expenses for the Bouwer, Halpenny, and Avery intern scholarships; AHS academic scholarships; high school science fair awards; K-12 science teachers; and other educational endeavors.

Who can participate at the Auction & Raffle? 

Only registered symposium attendees are eligible to purchase raffle tickets and participate. You need to be present to win and claim your prize.

What kinds of prizes can we expect?

We’ve had some outstanding raffle prizes in the past, thanks to our generous donors (check out below). Each sponsor / exhibitor who offers a prize will have a container at their booth for you to deposit your ticket(s).

Can I buy extra raffle tickets?

Beginning in late August, you can purchase raffle tickets for $5 each or five tickets for $20. (online only)
