Sponsorship Opportunities for the 2022 Symposium
We offer a range of sponsorships to fit your marketing needs and budget. Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorships come with exhibitor spaces, which are filled on a first-come, first-served basis; after August 5, any remaining booths will be available for purchase by non-sponsors. We also offer Event sponsorships. You must pay in full by cash, check, or credit card within 30 days to secure your reservation. For more information, contact us at sponsorships@ahssymposium.org. Regular Sponsorships
Platinum ($5,000) & Silver ($2,000) Sponsorships
Platinum and Silver Sponsorships are now sold out
- Your company name in the symposium program
- Your sponsorship announced daily at various events and featured in a slideshow that will be running throughout the symposium
- Your logo / link on our website, by tier, as well as on all promotional materials (emails, flyers, etc.)
- An exhibitor space of your choice, by order of registration date; note that spaces are 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide, except for space S11 and S12, which are 3–4 feet in depth
- Full symposium registrations — four for Platinum, three for Gold, two for Silver
- 1-year AHS memberships — four for Platinum, three for Gold, two for Silver
- List of symposium attendees
- Your logo / link added to the AHS Sponsor Directory
The Platinum sponsorship also includes the option to give opening remarks at the plenary or other event.
Copper ($1,000) Sponsorships
The Copper level allows you to sponsor the Keynote / Plenary session on Thursday morning, or Project WET Workshop, or student registrations. The Copper sponsorship does not include an exhibit space.

Event Sponsorships ($550 & $850)
These event sponsorships include your logo/link on our website, one full symposium registration, one AHS membership, a list of symposium attendees, and your logo/link added to the AHS Sponsor Directory — but no exhibit space.
- $550: Continental breakfast and breaks (four available)
- $550: AHSF and AHS Annual meeting (one available)
- $850: Luncheons (two available for Thursday and one for Friday)
- $850: Wednesday night icebreaker (one available)
