About Our Exhibitor Spaces

We offer a range of exhibitor spaces to fit your marketing needs and budget. You must pay in full by cash, check, or credit card within 30 days to secure your reservation.

All exhibitor spaces have access to an electrical outlet and come with a 6-foot table, tablecloth, and skirt. No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 5.

  • Premium exhibit spaces (E1–E8 and E21­–E24) cost $850. They are 4.5 feet deep by 8 feet wide, except for E24, which is 4.5 feet deep by 10 feet wide. E21 and E22 on remain left for purchase!
  • Regular exhibit spaces (E9-E20) cost $650. They are 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide.

Spaces S1–S12 are reserved for sponsors. For more information, contact us at sponsorships@ahssymposium.org.

All exhibitors receive the following benefits:

  • Your company logo on promotional materials (home page, emails, flyers, slideshow)
  • One full symposium registration
  • One AHS membership
  • A list of symposium attendees
  • Your logo / link featured in the AHS Sponsor Directory

Exhibitor setup is from 1–5 PM on Wednesday, September 14. Please consider attending our icebreaker event that evening, which will be held from 5–7:30 PM.
