For poster presenters
Poster design
Size and mounting: Posters must be no larger than 3.5 x 5 feet. We will provide a rigid backing and pins for mounting.
Content: Your poster must include your name and Arizona university program or organization (this information should be prominent). Follow the basic format of a research paper: an abstract describing the hypothesis and sections on methods and conclusions.
Student poster judging
Student posters will be judged immediately after lunch on Thursday, April 4. Please be available in the poster room after lunch to meet with the judges and answer questions.
Winners will be announced at the Friday awards luncheon.
Poster setup and take-down
Set up: Wednesday, April 3, 1:00–7:30 PM or Thursday, April 4, 7:00–8:00 AM. When you arrive, check in at the registration desk so we can direct you to the poster area.
Take down: Friday, April 5, 1:30–3 PM.
