Exhibitor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with S1–S12 initially reserved for sponsors. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations after August 12th.

Sponsorships
Sponsoring the 2023 AHS Symposium has its perks! All sponsors receive the following:
Your logo and/or link on various marketing materials, (by tier)*
List of symposium attendees
Your organization acknowledged during daily announcements
One or more full symposium registrations (see below)
One or more 1-year AHS memberships (see below)
* The symposium website, the AHS Sponsor Directory, and promotional materials, including during a slideshow that will be running continuously in the main ballroom
Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors
In addition to the perks listed above, sponsors at the Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels receive an exhibitor space. Platinum sponsorships also include the option to give opening remarks at the plenary or other event.
