Information for exhibitors
All exhibitors receive the following benefits:
- Your company logo on promotional materials (home page, emails, flyers, slideshow)
- One full symposium registration
- One AHS membership
- A list of symposium attendees
- Your logo / link featured in the AHS Sponsor Directory
Premium ($850) – SOLD OUT
Premium exhibitor spaces (23–29) are available immediately adjacent to the keynote, lunch, and meeting rooms. These spaces cost $850 and are 8 feet deep and 10 feet wide. They have access to an electrical outlet and come with a 6-foot table, tablecloth, and skirt. No refunds will be available for booth cancellations after August 5.
Important note: You may add one representative for an additional per-day fee of $100 (early), $125 (regular), and $150 (door); however, this fee does NOT include AHS membership dues or admission to the Thursday Casino night, which can be purchased separately.

Regular ($650) – SOLD OUT
Regular exhibit spaces (7, 9–13, 17-18, 20-22) are less expensive, but smaller in width (8 feet). These booths accommodate table-top exhibits and company banners (behind the table) that do not exceed 8 feet in width (larger banners are prohibited). The booths are close to beverage and food tables for breaks. All spaces have access to an electrical outlet and come with a 6-foot table, tablecloth, and skirt. No refunds will be available for exhibitor cancellations after August 5.

Setting up your booth
Exhibitor setup is from 1–5 PM on Wednesday, September 15. Please consider attending our icebreaker event that evening, which will be held from 5–7 PM.
