Register for the 2021 Symposium
- Full registrations include breakfast and lunch on both Thursday and Friday plus admission to Casino Night on Thursday.
- 1-day registrations (Thursday or Friday) include breakfast and lunch — but not Casino Night, which you can purchase separately (see below).
- All registrations include two drink tickets (beer / wine) for the Wednesday night icebreaker.
- Students must present a valid ID for their university or college during check-in. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full member rate!

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration before September 8, we will provide a full refund minus a 10% processing fee; after September 8, we will only refund 50% of your registration fee.

Notes
1 – Nonmember prices for full and 1-day registrations include a 1-year AHS membership ($45 value, regular / $15 value, student; membership renewal is no longer included in member pricing, which is now discounted)
2 – For sponsors and exhibitors, extra attendees are limited to 1 person per day. This fee does not include Casino Night. You can add one daily extra attendees and Casino Night registrations during the checkout process when you sign up for your space.
3 – Casino Night admission includes two drink tickets and hors d’oeuvres.
4 – Students must purchase this separately — Casino Night is NOT included in the student registration rate.
