- For sponsors (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Copper) and exhibitors, extra attendees are limited to one person per day. This fee does not include Casino Night or a 1-year AHS membership. You can add the daily extra attendee and Casino Night registrations during the checkout process when you sign up for your space.
- Students must purchase this separately — Casino Night is NOT included in the student registration rate. Students must be at least 21 years old to attend.

What does my full (2-day) registration include?
Full registrations include breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, two drink tickets for the Wednesday night icebreaker, and admission to Casino Night (except for students).
What does my 1-day registration include?
1-day and extra daily exhibitor registrations include breakfast and lunch, but not Casino Night, which you can purchase separately.
What’s included with Casino Night?
Casino Night admission includes two drink tickets, hors d’oeuvres, and a voucher for $2,000 worth of “chips.”
Are field trips included in my registration fee?
No. However, you don’t need to be registered for the symposium to sign up for a field trip. Due to safety and liability reasons, you must be an AHS member to register for field trips.
Do I need to be a member to register?
No, but it’s a better deal if you are. If you register as a nonmember (full or 1-day), the price includes a 1-year AHS membership ($45 value regular / $15 value student. Note that the registration system will display the appropriate pricing (member or nonmember) after you log in and it verifies your membership status.
What if I need to cancel or change the individual on a registration?
Contact us at [email protected]. If you cancel before September 24, AHS will refund your registration fee minus a 10% processing fee; from September 24-30, AHS will refund 50% of your registration fee.
If an attendee wants to substitute a different person as the registrant, AHS will charge $25 up until September 24. A $40 fee will be charged after September 24.
Can I earn PDHs for attending?
Yes! You can earn 4-8 professional development hours for attending a half day or full day workshop and up to 13.5 PDHs for attending the full symposium. You can also earn an additional 4-6 hours if you also attend the Saturday field trip. Be sure to check the box during the registration process.
