Registration for sponsors and exhibitors will be live on 6/6!
Exhibitor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with S1–S5 initially reserved for Platinum and Gold sponsors. S6-S18 are reserved for Silver sponsors. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations after August 29th.

In addition to the perks listed above, sponsors at the Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels receive an exhibitor space. Platinum sponsorships also include the option to give opening remarks at the plenary or other event.

Exhibitor spaces come with one free symposium registration and an AHS membership, access to one electrical outlet, a 6 ft table, tablecloth, skirt, and two chairs.
