Here&#8217;s What yo need to know.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poster Design<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Posters need to be no greater than 3.5 x 5 feet (maximum), with your name and university program or organization prominently displayed. The poster\u2019s format should generally follow a research paper \u2014 an abstract describing the hypothesis and sections on methods and conclusions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Poster Judging<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Student posters will be judged right after lunch on Thursday, September 14. Winners will be announced at the Friday awards luncheon. Please be available in the poster room after lunch to meet with the three judges and answer any questions they may have.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poster Setup and Take-down<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All posters should be set up on Wednesday, September 13, from 1\u20135 PM, and Thursday, September 14, from 7\u20138 AM. Poster set-up will be in Fremont. If you have any questions, please inquire at conference check-in.
