Exhibitor spaces are available in the entry foyer immediately adjacent to the plenary, lunch, and dinner room (see site plan below). All spaces have access to an electrical outlet and come with a table, tablecloth, skirt, and two chairs. Exhibitor spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cash, check, or credit card payments must be made in full at the time of your reservation.

Options & Benefits
- Premium exhibitors ($800): 10´x 8´ space, 8´ table
- Regular exhibitors ($650): 8´x 8´ space, 6´ table
- Table exhibitors ($450): 6´x 3´ space, table
- Your company information will be published in the Symposium program and proceedings, and your logo will be listed on our Sponsors page with a link to your web site for 1 year.
- You receive one full symposium registration, an AHS membership, and a list of Symposium attendees.
You may add one representative on a per-day basis ($85/day; $100/day after August 4); however, this fee does not include AHS membership dues or the Thursday dinner (which can be purchased separately).
Exhibitor setup is 1:00 – 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 6. Please consider attending our icebreaker event that evening, which will be held from 5:00–7:30 PM at 1899 Bar & Grill.
No refunds will be available for exhibitor cancellations after July 1. Reservations will continue to be accepted after July 1, as space permits.
