Why You Should Reserve Early
We have 27 standard ($600) and 6 premium ($800) exhibitor spaces available immediately outside the meeting rooms surrounding the break area. These spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You may select your space from those remaining as you confirm your registration as an exhibitor — so we strongly recommend that your register early. No refunds will be available for exhibitor cancellations after July 31. Reservations will continue to be accepted until July 31, as space permits.
What’s Included in Your Exhibitor Fee
- An 8×8 foot space, a 6-foot table, tablecloth, skirt, and two chairs. Additional small tables are allowed. You can supply your own power strip; otherwise there is an additional cost of $8. Internet and or telephone connection at your booth can be arranged with the Desert Willow Conference Center (602-431-0001). Typically each exhibitor has one representative at the booth during the symposium.
- Lunches for one representative on Thursday and Friday, as well as the Thursday night dinner. The representative is registered for the symposium and may attend talks.
- Additional representatives can be added for $85 per day, which includes lunches.
- Your organization’s information will be published in the program and proceedings, and your logo will be listed on our Sponsors page with a link to your corporate web site for 1 year.
