Where Did the Water Go: Differential Impacts on Four Sectors
Drought in the West and shortages on the Colorado River are reality. States, municipalities, agriculture, and the environment are in greater competition today then they ever have been for their share of what’s left in the River. For the 2015 symposium, the AHS Phoenix Chapter has brought together individuals from these competing entities for what promises to be an educational, eye-opening, and sometimes spirited panel discussion on how to share the dwindling resource that is the Lower Colorado River within and outside of Arizona’s borders. The following individuals are scheduled to participate in the panel discussion, which will serve as the plenary and opening session  on Thursday, September 17:
